Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – KIKI ROCK

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
